Ozan Özolcay graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medicine in 1996, and then completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Taksim Training and Research Hospital between 1996-2001.

He worked in the IVF unit at İstinye State Hospital between 2001-2006 and at Süleymaniye Gynecology and Maternity Hospital between 2006-2008. She resigned from government service after receiving IVF certificate at VKV American Hospital.

Ozan Özolcay, who started working at Istanbul IVF and Women's Health Center since 2008, has been working as Medical Director since February 2019.
