2How do I know if my eggs are healthy?
There are relatively simple ways to assess Egg Quality.
-Age. Ovarian reserve and egg quality decline as part of the aging process, leading to more problematic pregnancies and lower pregnancy rates. A woman's age is the most important factor in assessing egg quality and is the most important factor in predicting pregnancy chances.
-Estradiol and progesterone test. These values, measured on the 2nd or 3rd day of the period, are the easiest test to show if things are going well. An increase in these hormones indicates that the ovary is having trouble making eggs for the body. These figures have been shared to give you an idea, and please do not interpret your values without sharing them with your doctor. You can ask your doctor for an explanation in your phone, e-mail or face-to-face meetings without any hesitation.
-AMH (Anti Müllerian Hormone) . It is a newer test and has the advantage that it can be viewed at any time of the menstrual cycle. Values above 1.5 are considered more positive. It gives information about the developing egg reserve in the person. We do not decide the chance of pregnancy by looking at this test alone.
-Short menstrual cycle. It is a sign of an imbalance in the production of the hormone that provides ovulation in women and is a sign of decreased fertility.
-Response to IVF Treatment. The incomplete response of the body to the injections during the treatment process may be an indication of the low egg reserve and quality of the patient.

6What is the meaning of decreased ovarian reserve?
Decreased egg reserve is actually a numerical expression for us. In other words, it indicates that the number of eggs has decreased. Fortunately, it does not always mean that there is a decrease in quality. Existing eggs can be perfectly healthy. If the declining reserve is severe, then the quality may also be affected. The result of this is lower quality embryos, lower retention rate and unfortunately higher first trimester miscarriages. Even so, the younger the woman, the higher the chance of pregnancy.

10I was told that my tubes are closed, can I still get pregnant?
As it is known, the tubes are a passageway used by the egg and sperm to unite and then for the fertilized egg to migrate to the uterus. In some cases, it is possible to open the tubes by surgical intervention. If not, pregnancy can be achieved with IVF treatment.

11I had my tubes tied, can I have a baby again?
Yes, this is possible. Many of our patients who have applied to us have had their tubes tied in the past with the hope of having a baby again. We have two options for now. The first option is surgery for relatively young women to correct this situation laparoscopically. Surgery may not always provide the desired result. The second option is to get in vitro fertilization treatment without waiting in cases that do not want surgery or have additional factors (such as female age, male factor) that relatively reduce the chance of pregnancy.

12Will I come for control every day during the treatment?
There is no need for daily control throughout the treatment. The first step of IVF treatment is the period of stimulating the ovaries by giving medication. This period lasts an average of 8-10 days. During this period, ultrasonography examinations are performed approximately 3 or 4 times. If necessary, hormone analyzes are performed. When the diameter of the follicle containing the egg cells reaches a sufficient size, the egg cracking needle is given and the egg collection process is performed 2 days later. The fertilization process of the eggs collected with the sperm sample taken from the male on the day of the egg collection process is performed. The embryo transfer is performed 2-5 days after the fertilization process, depending on the number of fertilized eggs. .

40What are Sperm Preparation Techniques?
1- Swim-up (Floating method) ; It is a method used in cases where sperm count and motility are sufficient. It is based on the floating of forward motile sperm (+4, +3) to the upper phase.
2- Gradient(Density difference is used) ; It is the method of filtering good sperm from solutions containing colloidal silica particles, which is preferred in patients with limited sperm count. The best moving and smooth morphology sperms are obtained.
This method is the method we prefer in surgical methods (micro-pesa, tesa, tese, mesa) in patients who have a limited number of sperm obtained from the testicles.
In both methods, it is used in our center to separate sperms with the highest motility (+4, +3) and normal morphology from the seminal fluid and to prepare them for micro-injection (ICSI).

• The entire ejaculate sample must be taken into the vessel without sample loss.
• In case of sample loss, the laboratory must be informed.
• The sample delivered to the laboratory is evaluated after 30 minutes of liquefaction and taken to the necessary preparation processes.
